Kareo practice management software has worked wonders for us. It is efficient, easy and a great tool to keep the patient flow up to date and well organized. A solid product with robust architecture and filled with features. The customer support staff is very well trained and know exactly what they are into. My staff has been very comfortable in scheduling and task management systems. The reporting abilities and data combining make the whole process simpler and smooth. The clinical information can then be easily reported onto other platforms. It can be customized to fit any kind of clinical workflow. Kareo makes it easy for the user to document all the encounters and fully complete each visit with proper practice management tools, right from the follow up to billing the visit.

Kareo has been providing my firm with the best practice management solutions for the past 2 years. My team feels that it is the best system that they have used in a long time. The interface is very clear and concise. The software is pretty easy to learn and has definitely made our jobs easier. The trainers and the technical support staff are just great. They make sure that the client is comfortable with all the new functionalities and their uses. A lot of software employ several screens to accomplish one single task but this system does not.
